Online Store Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. 

For return, you may receive a full refund less the shipping and handling costs.  In the case of free shipping offer, purchaser is solely liable for the original shipping and handling cost.

 

Return Instructions

Please contact us by email at bobo@bobocanada.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) before shipping the item.  You should include the packing slip mark RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it.  If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

 

Ship the unused item and note to the following address:

We suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by Canada Post with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges on items returned for exchange or refund.  We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.

Canada reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition.
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.  We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back after 14 days of purchase; has been used; or not in its original new condition.
