it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a
merchandise exchange or refund.
For return, you may receive a full refund less the shipping and handling
costs. In the case of free shipping offer, purchaser is solely liable for
the original shipping and handling cost.

You should include the packing slip mark RETURN or EXCHANGE written on

We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the
merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise
that is sent back after 14 days of purchase; has been used; or not in its
